Dr. Thomas Atkin is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended the University of Utah where he attained his Bachelor Science degree in Biology. He then completed his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) at University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduating at the top of his class with cum laude honors. After dental school, Dr. Atkin served four years as a Dental Officer in the US Navy at Kaneohe Bay Marine Corps Base, Hawaii, and Pearl Harbor Naval Station while also working in private practices in Kapolei and Kailua, Oahu. He has taken postdoctoral courses and has extensive experience in prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and is an Invisalign certified provider. He has also performed volunteer services at Aloha Medical Mission. After his tour of Naval service, Dr. Atkin moved to Kilauea, Kauai where he currently resides and practices.
