Have you been hiding your smile for a long time now due to all the missing teeth? Well, if you happen to have multiple missing teeth, the best option to get all of them restored at once would be using dentures. Lucky for us, dentures can be fabricated to replace your missing teeth with complete or partial dentures.
What are dentures made from?
Dentures are a combination of two materials used to mimic the teeth and gums. The prosthetic teeth look exactly like natural ones as they are made from tooth-colored ceramic, while acrylic mimics the gums. Every denture that we offer is made with high precision from dental-grade materials. In the case of partial dentures, only certain teeth will be present to replace your missing ones. Hence, they are held together with the help of a metal framework.
How can you get your dentures?
When you come to our practice for a consultation, our dentist will screen your mouth to check for the candidacy for dentures. If you wish to get any of your teeth removed, our dentist will tend to your needs. After getting the teeth removed, a highly-accurate digital mold will be taken to serve as a reference for fabricating the denture. It will be taken to a dental laboratory where we get all our dentures fabricated. Once it is done, our dentist will notify you and schedule a consultation. The dentures will be placed in the mouth and checked for fit and comfort. If you feel they are ill-fitting, the dentist will make the required changes and give you the perfect set of dentures.
